Practicing Mindfulness
It's so easy to begin a daily practice to mindfulness. Just 1 minute a day is all it takes. Sometimes, (most of the time) I need to step away and realign my energy system. One of my favorite excercise is following my breath. Four counts to inhale and eight counts to exhale. This realigns my thoughts, grounds my mind, and brings awareness to my physical condition. After of just one minute I am able to get back at it!
